New Horizon Academy Rosemount to Host Ribbon Cutting Event
ROSEMOUNT, Minn. – New Horizon Academy is hosting a ribbon cutting and open house, in partnership with the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce, to celebrate its new school in Rosemount, Minnesota. The new Rosemount school opened to the public in January 2025.
The ribbon cutting will take place on Thursday, February 27, at 3:00 p.m., at New Horizon Academy Rosemount, located at 2730 149th Street West. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from company representatives and local leaders, tour the school’s state-of-the-art facilities, meet teachers and staff, and enjoy light snacks.

Following the ribbon cutting, the school will hold a grand opening celebration from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The event, which will feature family-friendly games and activities, is free and open to the public.
The New Horizon Academy Rosemount school cares for and educates children aged 6 weeks through 5 years in Rosemount, Apple Valley, Farmington, Coates, and surrounding communities. The school features innovative classrooms and playgrounds designed to enhance learning through play. Each classroom incorporates a comprehensive curriculum that includes STEAM, reading, social-emotional development, motor skills, and school readiness.
With front door keypad access and security cameras throughout the facility, the school offers maximum safety and security. The experienced teachers and proven curriculum ensure that children will receive the best possible education and care.
