One of three locations in Bloomington, we are conveniently located in West Bloomington, Minnesota, off 98th Street and Normandale Boulevard. Our school has been serving Bloomington, Eden Prairie, and Edina families since 1990, and has two infant rooms, one toddler room, and three preschool and pre-kindergarten rooms. Our Bloomington daycare center is accredited by NAEYC, the gold standard in daycare accreditation. All New Horizon Academy childcare classrooms utilize a comprehensive early learning curriculum, with a focus on STEAM, reading, social-emotional development, and more. I have two sons in college and enjoy watching Minnesota sports, especially when my son plays in the marching band. In my free time, I love binge-watching my favorite shows, spending time with family and friends, and playing bean bags.

Our Bloomington early childhood center is open Monday-Friday every day with the exception of nine holidays:
*On Christmas Eve, New Horizon Academy closes at 3:00 p.m.
*If one of these holidays falls on a weekend, it will be observed on either Friday or Monday.
*Our school will remain open during inclement weather to ensure children still have access to quality childcare.
Our Bloomington school offers both full-time and part-time schedules to accommodate the different needs of our families.

Yes! At New Horizon Academy Bloomington (Hyland Greens), we have an on-site cook trained in nutrition, USDA guidelines, and proper portions for young children. Our school provides nutritious and nourishing meals every day including breakfast, lunch, and snack.
