New Horizon Academy is an amazing place to work! My coworkers are all well-educated in their field, and most are parents themselves. Management is terrific; the directors are accommodating, helpful, kind, and know how to lift their employees up to be as successful as possible. They are truly genuine and want what is best for all the families that walk through those doors. I plan on continuing my career here as a Toddler Teacher for years to come because I honestly love my job here!
As an early education teacher for over 30 years, I have experienced many companies. None compare to how exceptional New Horizon Academy is, as they always put the kids first with love and an amazing curriculum, and also truly values their employees. As a parent and as a staff member, I really love it here. My children are treated with a lot of love, and they love it here as well. As an employee, I also feel truly valued and appreciated. My coworkers are the most amazing people to work with, and my managers are loving and very understanding. I have worked at New Horizon Academy on Lake Street for a little over a year. I have grown so much with this company! They helped me get my CDA and become a lead teacher last year. This year, they helped me get into an Associate program so I can further my learning to better teach the kids. My director takes time each day to make sure her employees are mentally and physically okay. This center really invests their time in making everybody feel welcomed and wanted here. I love my school family!
